Graphite Guest Bathroom
Homeowner’s guest bathroom was an outdated chessboard and needed a modern update. They wanted to keep this simple and minimalist for their guests to use
During our consultation, the client shared that they wanted a dark and moody bathroom but also not too dark where it clashes with the rest of their home. We came up with a grey wood-like tile for the shower and dark wood for the vanity but kept the paint light to ensure it flows with their home.

Budget is always important when it come to home remodeling. A gut renovation is generally more expensive than a cosmetic refresh.

Saturated paint gives the door “Dark and Moody” vibes
Client loved how we brought in dark colors to bring in their request of dark moodiness while still keeping it bright from the lighter paint color.
We had so many different options to finish off their bathroom but we went with a round black matte texturized soap container with a black pump head.

Lightening is always an important part with renovations. Different color temperate can drastically change the mood of a room. Most can lights give you different options. We selected Cool White (6000K) so it makes it easy to see when showering while we went with the vanity lights as Neutral or Natural White light (4000k)
